Research Interests
Expertise: Senior Lecturer and my research area has been designing analysis
manufacturing systems using operations techniques such as
metaheuristics ( Simulated annnelaing, Tabu, search, genetic
algotithms), Modelling and simulation of manufacturing systems,
currently working in the area of Mechtronics
Professional/ Work Experience: Currently Senior Lecturer, research group leader in the area
Manufactuing Systems using Simulation and Modelling tools in the
department (supervised 4 MEng Dissertations). Research Leader in the Metchronics Research Group (supervised 6 Undergraduate thesis in past 3years)

Previously Member of Southern African INstitute of INdustrial Engineers (Frozen membership due to forex problem)
