Expertise:
My expertise is in labour economics and public finance. My academic research, published in international journals, has been discussed in such publication as the OECD Employment Outlook as well as in newspapers like the Independent and the Daily Telegraph. I have also conducted more policy oriented research for the International Labour Office and the World Bank.
Professional/ Work Experience:
Beside my academic assignments, I have worked as a consultant for the World Bank and, for the last ten years, for the International Labour Office. My latest job for the ILO concerns the preparation of a handbook on labour economics for development.
