Expertise:
I have a business background and with specific
interest in ICT in development. My area of speciliaty is
Technology Management. I am currently teaching at Makerere University,
Faculty of Computing and IT. I have supervised students both at
undergraduate and postgraduate diploma level who are undertaking
research in the area of ICT for Development. I am currently undertaking
research on Internet Penetration for Uganda; with a specific bias of
identifying development prospects. I am undertaking my PhD research and
the topic is "Impact Assessment of Cyber Cafe's on SME Business Growth,
the case of Sub-Saharan Africa".
