From 2002-2005, I was researcher in an NGO working on peace promotion. I had conducted several researchs on gun impact on society. My research interest is on development issue and peace building. Currently, I am working for Population Service Internationa in Cambodia (PSI/C).

From 2003 till 2005, I have been employed for the Working Group for Weapons Reduction, and I am responsible for research project. My responsibilities are to design research plan, research budget plan, time frame, conduct research field work, made contact with relevant stakeholder for research process, and supervise research team, and write research report and presentation and distribution. Currently, I am working for PSI/C as Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator. My responsibilities are to provide overall direction in the planning and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities; maintain and regularly update all components of the M&E database; assist in adapting, defining and implementing donor indicators for project proposals; collect, analyze and archive monitoring data from different departments; generate and present monthly, quarterly and annual M&E data and reports, both internallly and for donors; support all aspects of management information systems as required. Beside full time work, I also work part time as short-term consaltant on research design and data analysis for other private agencies and NGOs.
