01/2006 – till present: Full-time employee in the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (the central bank of Macedonia), Research Department.
From 2008 till present in – Macroeconomic Modelling Division. Main duties and responsibilities:
Involved in the medium-term projection process by regularly updating and improving the structural medium-term macroeconomic forecasting model MAKPAM which is done in MATLAB and IRIS interface;
Assessing the misalignment of the Real Exchange Rate from its equilibrium value on quarterly basis by using time-series cointegration methods;
Estimating the size and speed of pass-through from the key policy rate to money market rate and banks’ retail rates by using time series cointegration methods.
From 2006 till 2008 in – Monetary Sector Developments. Main duties and responsibilities:
Collecting, sorting and processing data for the monetary sector developments (monetary aggregates, outstanding loans, interest rate series and banks' liquidity);
Writing regular reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) related to the monetary sector developments such as credit growth, interest rate movements and growth of monetary aggregates;
Seasonal adjustment of data series.
