Expertise:
my research area is on payments system and the market related to that.The main research papers are:
CLS and its impact to chinese banks; The Chinese payments system; The risk management issues;New payments instrument in E-century.|
I have been trained by Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and visited central bank in France and Italy for payments systen issue.|
My main contribution is working for the reconstruction of the National Clearing Center to a membership institution, I did a lot of research work and some direct organizing work for it.
Professional/ Work Experience:
Working in the central bank of China for 9 years, my special area is in payments system. I work as a researcher and a manager of the administration division of the National Clearing Central, which belongs to the central bank.
Affiliation:
Academic: I am studying in University of Technology, Sydney(UTS) for research degree (MB)supported by the AusAid scholarship. I work as part-time lecture in the school of financ and economy in UTS. i keep contact with Renmin University in China for the research on payments system
Institution: the managers in the clearing departments in the commercial banks are my friends because I used to secreatary the member of board of National clearing center.
