Ciro Eduardo Bazán Navarro is a Mechanical-Electrical Engineer from the University of Piura (UDEP)-Peru, Master and Doctoral Candidate in Economics (Certificate of Advanced Studies in Applied Economics) from University Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC)-Spain. He has concluded his doctoral thesis thanks to the sponsorship of the Scholarship Program Robert S. McNamara of the World Bank (WB). His main line of research focuses on economic analysis of electricity markets (regulation, restructuring, investments, auctions, etc.).
Professional/ Work Experience:
He has worked as a full professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Piura (UDEP). Today, he is a full time professor at the School of Economics, Catholic University Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT)-Peru. He is currently working as Research Director at the Catholic University Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT).
