The paper discusses the importance of better understanding the influence of entrepreneurship knowledge on the growth of business in Peru. This being said, the author explores the capabilities of Peruvian entrepreneurs, measured by means of human capital variables (education and specific training). Consequently, the effects of these variables on firm growth are thoroughly analyzed.
The document is organized as follows: after a brief introduction, the second section presents the theoretical framework and research hypotheses, whilst section three presents the model designed by the researcher. Finally, chapter four analyzes the results obtained, whereas the fifth section offers some concluding arguments.
