Four fundamental questions central to the African Education Strategic Management of Technology are posed. Firstly, does Innovation/R&D in education have the same characteristics as in a Technology Environment? Secondly, how can African education organizations leverage technology innovation to achieve high performance? Thirdly, how can African organizations determine the spreading out of new technologies and set up a technology management system for education? Finally, how can economic development be enhanced through technology transfer from multinational R&D?
In a nutshell, the purpose of this research is to develop a model that will measure the effects of many factors that might influence the international development program. Based on the results of statistical analysis, this research will propose changes that may bring down underdevelopment through new technologies’ awareness on education programs. This will assist in circumscribing whivh programs provide results based on new technological strategies.
Strategies proven to bring forth development in higher probabilities, compared to other strategies, should receive policy preeminence, such as enhancing sustained investment in the ‘Education Innovation System’, infrastructure, and implementation of policies supporting such knowledge-based economic transformation.
