EuroCollege has grown out of the international Euro Faculty programme, which was founded by the Council of the Baltic Sea States in 1993 with the aim of supporting the reform of teaching social sciences in the Baltic States.
EuroCollege's main courses of action are the studies of the European Union and euro integration, further education, and scientific and applied research. In addition EuroCollege holds several conferences, seminars and public lectures in the field of the European Union.
