The Centre for Protection of Minorities and Against Racism and Discrimination in Bhutan (CEMARD-Bhutan) is a national non-profit, non-partisan, and non-governmental human rights organization seeking to:
- eliminate discrimination, racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance and advancing the international regime of human rights in Bhutan
- secure justice for religious, ethnic and linguistic minorities suffering from discrimination, prejudice and persecution
