Expertise:
- Presently, I am pursuing my Ph.D. from Mohanlal Sukhadia Univeristy, Departhemt of Business Administration, University College of Commerce and Management Studies, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
- My research is based on Mergers and Acquisitions in Banking Industry. My research interest is to contribute in the development of HR related policies for banks where mergers and acquisitions take place and to resove human related issues during the course of M&A.
- I have published five articles in international indexced journals of repute and contributed with an article in one edited book.
Professional/ Work Experience:
- Total work experience is of 7 years i.e. 3 years in corporate and 4 years in academics. The details are as under:
- At present, I am working as Assistant Professor at Pacific Institute of Management, Udaipur. Here, I am teaching Markeitng Management, Business Environment, Research Methodology. Apart from teaching, I am Associate Editor or refereed quarterly international journal "Pacific Business Review". Moreover, responsible for conducting workshops on Marketing related issues, conducting Student Development Programmes.
- Before this, served Mewar Girls College, Chittorgarh as a Lecturer in Department of Management.
- Before coming into the world of academia, I worked as Sr. Markeing Executive in Chiripal Industries Ltd., Ahemdabad in Flock Division.
- I started my career as Management Trainee in Fabric Export Division at RSWM Ltd. Gulabpura. After completion of probation period, promoted as executive.
