I am an experienced Social Scientist with a strong background in applied research, program development and implementation. I have over 14 years of experience in the research and development sector in Africa with special focus on small holder agriculture, water resources management, & livelihoods in rural contexts. I have acquired knowledge, experience and keen interest in public policy analysis for agricultural water management and related resource sectors; adaptation to climate change; local capacity building; knowledge management; & programme monitoring and evaluation. I also have advanced knowledge and skills for utilizing participatory approaches to sustainable development.
