Scholar Rescue Fund Fellowships- Institute of International Education (IIE)
IIE’s Scholar Rescue Fund (SRF) provides fellowship grants for scholars whose lives or careers are threatened in their home countries. The fellowships support temporary academic positions at universities, colleges and other higher learning institutions in safe locations anywhere in the world. When securities conditions improve academics should return to their countries to contribute to the generation of knowledge.

Santander international masters scholarships
The Santander Group is granting an international master scholarship worth a reduction of £3,000 on tuition fees in any program in the University of Brighton. This scholarship is available to any new full-time international postgraduate taught degree students, starting their programs autumn of 2011. In order to be eligible, those interested must:

The Fulbright Investigator Scholarship is an annual scholarship given to Latin American junior and senior investigators so they can carry out research projects in research centers and universities in United States. Priority will be given to projects addressing investigation in the fields of social sciences, humanities, basic sciences, education, environment and economy. In order to apply, candidates must send,

Walton International Scholarship Program
The Walton International Scholarship Program is designed to promote Latin American students seeking an undergraduate  college degree. The scholarship covers tuition, semi-private dormitory accommodations and three meals per day at the school cafeteria in any university or college in the United States. As well, the scholarship pays for health insurance premiums, air transportation from the student's home country to the university when school begins (this also includes air transportation costs to and from the student's country during summer vacations as well as a one-way ticket back home after graduation), and a monthly allowance.

The Argentinean University for Enterprise (UADE) Merit Scholarship
The Argentinean University for Enterprise (UADE) awards 300 scholarships annually to students entering first year of each academic year. The goal of the merit Scholarship is to allow low-income students have access to a high-level university education.  This scholarship includes full tuition and financial assistance. CONICYT Doctorate Scholarships in Chile
The National Commission of Science and Technology of Investigation is  offering Latin American researchers the opportunity to enrole in doctorate programs in any university in Chile. This fund will cover $560,000 monthly Chilean pesos worth of living expenses, inscription costs and $2’000,000 Chilean pesos for tuition. Applicants must be Latin American (not Chilean), return to their country of origin at the end of their doctorates, and have been accepted in the University of their Choice.

American Express Foundation
The American Express Foundation was created to support non-profit research organizations in diverse countries. Grants are made under three program themes that reflect their funding priorities: Community Service, Cultural Heritage and Economic Independence. American Express senior managers outside the United States work with local, generally non-U.S. organizations, to develop projects within the themes in countries such as Argentina, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Commonwealth Scholarship
Commonwealth Scholarships provide the opportunity for individuals from selected developing Commonwealth countries to undertake postgraduate study or research at one of the eight universities in New Zealand. Approximately 10 new Commonwealth Scholarships are awarded each year by the New Zealand Government. This Scholarship play an important role in addressing the human resource development needs of developing countries.
The scholarships are awarded to candidates of strong academic merit who are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of their home country following completion of their scholarship. The Jennings Randolph (JR) Senior Fellowship Program
The Jennings Randolph (JR) Senior Fellowship Program provides scholars, policy analysts, policymakers, and other experts with opportunities to spend time in residence at the Institute, reflecting and writing on pressing international peace and security challenges. The Woodrow Wilson Center 2011-2012 Fellowships
The Woodrow Wilson Center awards approximately 20-25 residential fellowships annually to individuals with outstanding project proposals in a broad range of the social sciences and humanities on national and/or international issues. The topics and scholarship should relate to key public policy challenges or provide the historical and/or cultural framework to illuminate policy issues of contemporary importance. The Princeton Society 2012-2015 Fellowship Competition
The Princeton Society of Fellows, an interdisciplinary group of scholars in the humanities, social sciences, and selected natural sciences, invites applications for the 2012-2015  Fellowship competition. Four 3-year Postdoctoral Fellowships will be awarded this year. The stipend for academic year 2012-2013 will be approximately $76,000. Fellows are provided with a shared office, a personal computer, a research account of $5,000 a year, and access to university grants, benefits and other resources. If accepted he/she is expected to reside in or near Princeton during the academic year so the awardees can attend weekly seminars and participate fully in the intellectual life of the Society.

Kellogg Institute for International Studies Fellowships
The Kellogg Institute promotes international research by attracting scholars through diverse methods, one of which is through its fellowships program. The institute seeks both accomplished and promising scholars who conduct international research on democracy and human development, relevant to contemporary societies around the world. In order to participate, applicants must have a PhD or equivalent degree in a social science discipline or in history. If accepted, visiting fellows are expected to be in residence during their tenure at Kellogg, give at least one presentation of their current research in the Kellogg seminar and lecture series, and publish their results.
