GDNet MUSE Free Journals Access Portal

Today's research. Tomorrow's inspiration.

GDNet' s MUSE Journal Access Portal enables social science researchers based in developing or transitional countries to access a searchable, full-text, online database of more than 120 well-known social science journals, free of charge.

About the GDNet MUSE Journal Access Portal

GDNet has teamed up with Project MUSE, one of the academic community's primary electronic journals resources, to give GDNet-registered researchers based in developing and transition countries no-cost access to over 120 leading social science journals.

For 2009, MUSE will offer content from over 400 respected humanities and social science journals from nearly 100 not-for-profit publishers. Eligible GDNet-registered researchers can download full-text articles at no cost to themselves or their institution through the GDNet MUSE Journals Access Portal.

Journals in the collection include Demography, World Politics, The Journal of Democracy, Anthropological Quarterly, Technology and Culture, and several regional-studies journals. For a full listing of journals which can be accessed through this service see the Project MUSE website.
